Summer is for Stellenbosch street soirees

■ The first Stellenbosch Wine Routes Stellenbosch street soiree takes place today, Wednesday November 28, from 6pm to 8pm. The Stellenbosch street soirees happen regularly on a #WineWednesday on Drostdy Street, where cars make way for young and old to enjoy dishes by a number of eateries and food vendors, and wine from a number of wine cellars, accompanied by live music. Each Stellenbosch street soiree features a different selection of cellars and street fare caterers and entry costs R100 which includes a glass and 12 wine tasting tokens. Food dishes are priced individually by vendors. Children are welcome. Upcoming dates are December 12, January 16, January 30, February 13, February 27, March 13, and March 27.
