Shiraz, venison at Nederburg

 Nederburg’s The Red Table restaurant will be hosting the “Seven Days of Shiraz and Venison at Nederburg”, from Monday June 11 to Sunday June 17. Executive chef Edmore Ruzoza and his team will be serving winter dishes with a focus on venison, meat and spice. Items on the menu may be ordered individually, or as a set menu at R320. Pictured is the lightly smoked ostrich carpaccio, served with ripe figs and goat cheese, one of the dishes that will be on offer. The visitors centre will also be open for wine tastings.
