KAMERS/Makers, a celebration of handcrafted creativity, returns to Stellenbosch at Blaauwklippen Vineyards between Stellenbosch and Somerset West, from Tuesday October 30 to Sunday November 4, from 9am to 5pm.
Local fashion, jewellery, homeware, décor and lifestyle products will be on offer from more than 160 Makers, making it one of the biggest ever KAMERS/Makers Boland shows.
There will be an art exhibition, featuring the likes of Strijdom van der Merwe, Haidee Nel, Marieke Prinsloo and Frank van Reenen curated by Marne Viljoen. Quivertree books will be bringing food authors Martjie Malan, Vickie de Beer, Louise Gelderblom and more, to do daily talks.
The event will be open later on Friday evening for shoppers who want to attend after work. Kids can also look forward to a free 3km family fun walk on Saturday morning, as well as specialized mini mountainbikes over the weekend.
