■ There will be a German Christmas market on Saturday December 2,from 8am to 1pm, at 26 Hofmeyer Street, Stellenbosch. Visitors can enjoy some European Christmas flair and German Gemütlichkeit, and have breakfast, coffee or lunch. Handmade Christmas decorations and gifts, advent wreaths and candles, traditional German meats, grilled Bratwurst, delicatessen, Christmas bakes, Stollen, artisanal chocolate, fresh waffles and other tasty German specialties will be on sale. Children can make their own handcrafted Christmas decorations.
The Bolander (formerly the Helderberg Sun) was established in 1996 and renamed Bolander in 2007. This long established popular community title includes the key shopping centres Somerset Mall and Waterstone Mall within its distribution area.
