Folk pop from Pretoria

Georgetown, a multi-instrumental Bluebilly Folk Pop band from Pretoria, is visiting the Winelands for two gigs, with their performances including acoustic guitar, piano, upright bass, mandolin, harmonica, a washboard and a vintage suitcase kick-drum. They will be at Sir Thomas Brewery, between Paarl and Stellenbosch, on Sunday October 20, with pizzas and beer from noon, and the show starts at 2pm. Tickets are R120 at Quicket, or R150 at the door.
