On Thursday August 26, One Night Stand is being performed at the Drostdy Theatre in Stellenbosch.
Following the success of her previous sold out show Musicology, Candice Michelle will once again take the stage as leading lady in the nostalgic, funny, and unique One Night Stand.
This homegrown show will take its audience on a musical journey into the mind of a young man, as he embarks on his mission – finding love.
Candice Michelle, with Jethro Stange on guitars and Dominico Lategan on keyboard, tells the story of man’s comical night-on-the-town as he tries to play it cool, but ends up falling head over heels in love.
The show was written by Stellenbosch local, Stephan du Plessis, 25, who was a pupil at Paul Roos Gymnasium.
This journey will be told with famous songs from the golden era’s best singers and songwriters; among them Phil Collins, Michael Jackson, Queen, Bachman Turner Overdrive, Bee Gees, ABBA and many more unforgettable hits.
Tickets cost R120.
