Delheim Estate is holding cheese fondue and jazz, every Sunday until September 11.
These laidback lunchtime affairs take place in the cosy tasting cellar – snug with low ceilings and intimate tables.
This is all served up with the mellow sounds of a live jazz band that will keep the toes tapping.
Resident chef Bruce von Pressentin swirls his cheese fondue to an authentic Swiss recipe, combining Emmental, Gruyère and white wine, with oven fresh bread dippers and vegetable crudités.
The lunch starts at 12.30pm, and costs R200, which includes a steaming glass of Glühwein.
